This Coaching Series is offered virtually. Revitalize your life with a powerful, fresh, interactive 8-session discovery of your design, purpose, and how it functions in private and professional life. Each of these 1-hour sessions brings transformative power in areas of biblical mindset, forgiveness, and reconciliation of fellowship, and discovering our God given design, purpose, and function. These carefully crafted sessions take you on a profound journey of healing, restoration, and growth. In each of these 8 sessions, you will discover the perfect and priceless value of living in accordance with how God designed you through the non-negotiable principles of life, also known as "H.A.R.P.C.O.G.S." We'll unlock your prosperous, purpose-filled life that will last for generations to come with these essential keys. Cancellation Policy
At Tricia Harmon Ministries, we are committed to supporting your journey toward healing and purpose. To ensure a smooth experience, please review our cancellation policy for one-on-one sessions, retreats, and multiple session plans. By booking, you agree to these terms. 1. One-on-One Sessions (e.g., Detox Consultation, Emotional Trauma Release, Leadership Coaching) Cancellation/Rescheduling: Notify us at least 48 hours before your scheduled session to cancel or reschedule without charge. Contact us at tricia@triciaharmon.com or (616) 383-9608. Late Cancellation (less than 48 hours): A 50% fee of the session cost ($30 for 1 hour, $45 for 1.5 hours, $60 for 2 hours) will be charged. 2. S.A.N.D. to Pearls 3-Day One-Woman Spiritual Retreat ($695, Early-Bird $595) - Cancellation 30+ Days Before Start Date: Full refund, minus a $100 non-refundable deposit to cover administrative and preparation costs. Cancellation 14–29 Days Before Start Date: 50% refund ($347.50 for standard, $297.50 for early-bird), due to committed lodging and meal expenses. Cancellation Less Than 14 Days: No refund, as resources (private bedroom, meals, workbooks) are fully allocated. Rescheduling may be offered within 6 months, subject to availability. Emergencies: For verified medical or family emergencies, we’ll offer a credit for a future retreat within 12 months, minus the $100 deposit. Retreat Cancellation by Tricia Harmon Ministries: If we cancel (e.g., due to unforeseen circumstances), you’ll receive a full refund or the option to reschedule. No-Show: The full session fee will be charged, and no rescheduling is permitted. 3. Multiple Session Plans (e.g., Freedom In Christ 11-Week Series, Coaching Packages) Cancellation Before Start: Full refund, minus a $50 administrative fee, if canceled 7 days before the first session. Cancellation After Start: No refunds for unused sessions, but you may reschedule remaining sessions within 6 months with 48 hours’ notice per session. Late Cancellation/No-Show: Each missed session incurs a 50% fee ($30 for 1 hour, $45 for 1.5 hours, $60 for 2 hours), and rescheduling is subject to availability. Emergencies: For verified emergencies, we’ll extend the rescheduling period to 6 months, with no additional fees for up to 2 missed sessions. Emergencies: For medical or family emergencies (with verification), we’ll waive fees and offer rescheduling within 30 days, subject to availability. Refunds: Processed 7–10 business days to the original payment.
